Twinkle Toes Class - BasiX

Pattern & Notions Needed: 

• BasiX Template
• Twinkle Toes BasiX Quilt Pattern

Fabrics Needed: 

• If making the smaller version as the pattern suggests, please refer to pattern back for exact yardage 
• If making the larger version (as displayed at Fiberworx Quilt Shop):
  • 1 jelly roll
  • 5 - 3/8 yds. background
  • 2 yds. black
  • 1 - 3/8 yds. border print
  • 3/4 yds. binding
  • 5 - 3/8 yds. backing

Additional Supplies: 

• Normal sewing machine (in working order) with cords & foot petal
• Thread
• Bobbins 
• Rotary cutter 
• Mat, etc. 
• Anything you’d normally use for sewing at home 

Helpful but not mandatory: 

• Rotary cutting mat and non-slip adhesive to put on your template to keep it from slipping while cutting the blocks

Pre-Class Assignment:

• Cut all fabric as indicated on the cutting chart in the pattern
• DO NOT SEW ANYTHING TOGETHER YET!
  • If making the larger version: 
    • Background: Cut 36 - 4-1/2” x WoF
    • Black: 28 - 2-1/2” x WoF
    • Jelly roll strips cut 4 - 2-1/2” x 6-1/2” per Twinkle Toes BasiX block set for a total of 48 Twinkle Toes BasiX block sets

Note: 

• We do not officially stop for lunch but feel free to bring a sack lunch or go out to pick something up. 

Cancellation Policy:

• In the event that you are unable to attend the class and it is more than 7 days before the class, you can receive a full refund of the class cost.
• If you must cancel between 7 and 3 days prior to class date you will receive a Full Credit towards another class.
• If you cancel less than 3 days prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited. Transfer to another class is not available with less than a 3-day cancellation.
